Most equipment ships within 5-10 BUSINESS DAY'S... On Pro Elite Strength Equipment / All American Equipment & Star Trac Allow 4-6 Weeks To Ship From Warehouse.

We will do our best to e-mail your tracking number as soon as your order ships providing the warehouses sends us the notification. Large orders such as home gyms, treadmills and weight sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by freight truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment.

We recommend that you have help available to move the product from the curb to its final location. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit and Make sure you Count the Boxes so it matches what is on your invoice. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible content damage or missing boxes, Refuse delivery of the order and contact us at 1-866-772-3624.

Signatures are not required for smaller packages weighting 150lbs or less delivered by UPS or Fed-X. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery or lift gate please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements.

They are sold as is and are Non-Refundable or Returnable. Equipment can get backordered without notification this usually happens when a product is in high demand and the production warehouse get overwhelmed.
